1-2-1 yoga sessions to suit you
Private sessions are an effective way to develop a practice tailored to your own particular needs.
I teach to build trust, inspire curiosity and develop a shared language so that you can connect to, and communicate what’s going on in your body and we can co-create a yoga practice that meets your needs.
You might be a complete yoga beginner or recovering from injury or illness and not ready to join a group class. Or are are a yoga teacher or advanced practitioner who is looking for inspiration in your practice? Do you have a very busy life and can't make it to group classes?
My priority is that you feel safe, relaxed, accepted and welcome as this is the foundation to a successful learning process.
I teach through the lens of my current fascinations, which grounds me in a spirit of curiosity and hopefully inspires the same in you.
I also lean into our shared experiences for guidance. My students are diverse ages and demographics, yet we are all living in a body, navigating relationships and interacting with our environment.
